Privacy Policy

Autofliq (the “Company”) publishes this privacy policy under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information and handle related concerns promptly. The Korean version prevails if there is any difference.
1. Information we process and why
- Consultation booking (cal.com): name, email and any notes you leave — scheduling and running the call
- Email inquiries: email address and message — responding to inquiries
- Collected automatically: access logs (IP address, browser information, time of access) — operating and securing the website
2. Retention and deletion
- We delete personal information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. Consultation information is kept for one year after the consultation ends, then deleted.
- If a contract is signed, contract and tax records are kept for the periods required by law.
- Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
3. Disclosure to third parties
- We do not provide personal information to third parties unless you consent or the law requires it.
4. Processors and overseas transfer
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — booking management. Name, email and notes are transmitted over the network and stored when you book.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting. Access logs are transmitted over the network and stored.
- Processors keep data until the contract ends or the purpose is fulfilled. If you do not want overseas transfer, you can request a consultation by email instead of cal.com.
5. Your rights
- You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Email the privacy officer below and we will act without delay.
6. Security measures
- We keep the number of people with access to a minimum and protect service accounts that handle personal information with passwords and other security features.
